HyperSpace assesses enterprise SEO agencies on more than rankings, reviews or agency size. We look for evidence that a team can manage technical complexity, large URL inventories, migrations, international search, internal stakeholders and measurable commercial outcomes.
The agencies below are the same 20 agencies included in the Australian enterprise SEO directory above. We reviewed enterprise service pages, named client work and published case studies, giving the most weight to large websites, listed companies, national networks, major migrations, multilingual programs and work delivered alongside internal product, development or content teams.
Case-study figures are based on results published by the agencies themselves, third-party award records or client information supplied directly to HyperSpace. Previous performance does not guarantee the same result for another organisation, so the analysis also considers how closely the client, website scale, implementation model and technical challenge match an enterprise buyer's actual brief.
Enterprise SEO Agencies in Melbourne
Melbourne has a deep enterprise SEO bench, particularly for technical migrations, large retail catalogues, complex B2B sites and national brands. HyperSpace gives the most weight to evidence of implementation at scale, not simply the size of the client logo.
Spicy Web
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Spicy Web makes the shortlist because its enterprise work covers two problems that are difficult to fake with a standard SEO campaign: controlling indexation across a very large multilingual publishing footprint and consolidating multiple business entities into a single search-ready website for a listed company.
Goodpods is especially relevant to organisations dealing with programmatic or database-driven page creation, while Tesserent shows experience with brand consolidation, technical delivery and B2B search at corporate scale. These are closer to enterprise operating conditions than a small catalogue or local lead-generation campaign.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Goodpods: around 2 million podcast pages indexed across multiple languages, with daily organic clicks increasing from 75 to 3,423.
- Tesserent: Spicy Web helped consolidate and scale the ASX-listed cybersecurity group’s digital presence; Spicy reports 566% organic traffic growth. Tesserent was later acquired by Thales.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Spicy Web for a large multilingual, programmatic or multi-entity website where technical SEO, indexation control and close collaboration with developers are central to the brief.
StudioHawk
Melbourne & Sydney
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
StudioHawk has unusually strong public evidence for enterprise SEO because its case studies show both high-risk migrations and multi-country localisation. Officeworks demonstrates technical recovery across a catalogue with thousands of SKUs, while QuickBooks shows how the agency approaches international expansion across many markets and languages.
The important point is not simply the percentage growth. Both examples required systems that could be repeated at scale: developer collaboration, technical remediation, templates, localisation workflows and internal enablement. That is the type of operating model enterprise teams often need from an external SEO partner.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Officeworks: a large React migration and catalogue recovery program produced a 60% increase in organic traffic and 32% growth in organic revenue.
- QuickBooks: SEO expanded across 12 APAC countries, including 450+ translated pages in nine languages and a 92% increase in organic clicks across the global directory.
HyperSpace's view:
We would compare StudioHawk for enterprise migrations, large retail sites and international programs where the agency must work directly with internal development, content and SEO teams.
Megantic
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Megantic is relevant to enterprise organisations with very large product catalogues, complex category structures and replatforming risk. Its Repco and Forty Winks work shows experience with hundreds of stores, hundreds of thousands of products, large keyword sets and SEO requirements that must be coordinated with internal stakeholders and developers.
Repco is a useful scale test because the site carries more than 500,000 products and the strategy required architecture, URL segmentation and technical controls across several commercial verticals. Forty Winks adds a major replatforming example where protecting existing visibility mattered as much as creating new search demand.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Repco: 320+ stores and more than 500,000 products; Megantic reports more than 20% year-on-year growth in first-page rankings after restructuring key site areas.
- Forty Winks: supported a Kentico-to-Commercetools migration for a 100+ store retailer, followed by 53% growth in top-three keywords and 80% growth in non-branded traffic.
HyperSpace's view:
Megantic is worth comparing for enterprise retail and catalogue-heavy sites where architecture, faceted navigation, migration planning and scalable category optimisation are the main SEO risks.
Impressive
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Impressive has public enterprise evidence across established national and international brands. Mattel Australia demonstrates non-branded growth across a portfolio of highly recognised product brands, while T2 shows the agency working across multiple international markets where content, language and regional search demand all need to be coordinated.
These examples matter because enterprise SEO often starts from an already strong brand. The job is not simply to create awareness; it is to find incremental non-brand demand, improve technical foundations and make a large brand visible for category searches across markets without weakening the existing brand footprint.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Mattel Australia: Impressive reports 198% growth in non-branded traffic, 84% growth in top-three ranking keywords and a 39% rise in organic-search revenue.
- T2: an international SEO program spanning Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and South-west Asia produced a reported 338% increase in organic clicks globally and 122.79% revenue growth in six months.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Impressive for established consumer brands that need enterprise SEO to create incremental category demand across large national or international search footprints.
SIXGUN
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
SIXGUN publishes enterprise SEO work across national brands and complex service organisations, with technical SEO, content and location visibility forming part of the offer. The strongest quantified example we found is Ray White Commercial Western Sydney, while Infotrust gives the agency a relevant listed-company cybersecurity reference.
The Ray White work is useful for organisations where organic search must translate into enquiries rather than simply page-one visibility. Infotrust is strategically relevant because it is an ASX-listed technology and cybersecurity provider, although SIXGUN’s public enterprise page does not expose a directly comparable set of performance metrics for that case.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Ray White Commercial Western Sydney: SIXGUN reports a 97.78% increase in monthly organic conversions and 51.9% growth in organic sessions over six months.
- Infotrust: SIXGUN publishes the ASX-listed cybersecurity and technology services provider as an enterprise SEO case, but detailed public performance metrics are limited.
HyperSpace's view:
SIXGUN is worth comparing for enterprise lead generation and technology brands, but we would ask to see the full Infotrust case and a site-scale example during due diligence.
Clearwater Agency
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Clearwater has strong enterprise evidence outside retail, which is valuable for this list. Its work with the University of Southern Queensland and Wilson Parking combines technical SEO, large content inventories, multi-location architecture, migration support and measurable outcomes tied to applications and bookings rather than rankings alone.
These are useful enterprise comparisons because the SEO program had to work across hundreds of pages or locations and connect with real operational goals. The Wilson Parking migration also shows how SEO can be built into a major site launch instead of being applied after a new platform has already gone live.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Wilson Parking: SEO and migration support across 400+ locations produced a reported 95% increase in organic traffic and 75% increase in online bookings year on year.
- UniSQ: technical and content work produced a 53% increase in organic traffic in six months, 50+ top-three course rankings and a 200% increase in enrolment applications.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Clearwater for universities, multi-location organisations and large service sites where technical clean-up, migration planning and conversion outcomes need to be managed together.
Calibre9
Melbourne, Victoria
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Calibre9’s enterprise relevance is strongest around large product sites and migration programs. Its Ghanda and b.box case studies show detailed technical and content work through platform change, category optimisation, orphan-page recovery and internal-linking improvements rather than relying only on link acquisition or broad traffic targets.
The b.box migration is particularly useful because the brief was to protect existing authority while moving to Shopify, then increase visibility after launch. Ghanda adds evidence of scale through hundreds of optimised product and category pages and thousands of previously orphaned pages brought back into the search architecture.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Ghanda: Calibre9 reports 16,912 new top-100 keywords, a 34% increase in organic traffic and 138% growth in organic revenue year on year.
- b.box: a complex Shopify migration was followed by 95% growth in total ranking keywords, 80% growth in page-one keywords and 61% growth in online revenue.
HyperSpace's view:
Calibre9 is worth comparing for enterprise product sites where migration risk, crawl architecture, category structures and large-scale on-page implementation are central to the SEO program.
Supple Digital
Melbourne, Sydney & Perth
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Supple publishes a dedicated enterprise SEO service covering large-scale strategy, technical SEO and organisation-wide alignment. However, its current public case-study set does not provide the same level of named enterprise-site evidence as the strongest agencies on this list, so we would treat the service positioning and proof separately.
That distinction matters when choosing an enterprise partner. A business with hundreds of thousands of URLs, several development teams or international sites should ask for a directly comparable engagement, including crawl scale, migration complexity, implementation ownership and commercial outcomes, before assuming smaller-business results will transfer to an enterprise environment.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Enterprise service evidence: Supple publishes a dedicated enterprise SEO offer built around large-scale strategy, technical optimisation and alignment with wider marketing activity.
- Public proof gap: the case studies surfaced from Supple’s current service pages are primarily smaller businesses; we did not find a named large-site enterprise SEO case with comparable metrics.
HyperSpace's view:
We would keep Supple on a comparison list where delivery capacity and national coverage matter, but request a directly comparable enterprise SEO case before making a final appointment.
First Page Australia
Melbourne & Sydney
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
First Page Australia has a dedicated enterprise SEO offer and publishes a broad roster of major brands. The clearest quantified enterprise SEO example on that page is InterContinental Hotels, which gives buyers at least one large international organisation against which to assess the agency’s enterprise claims.
First Page also displays major client logos including Microsoft, Target, DHL, McLaren, Rolex and other global brands, but a logo wall is not the same as a detailed SEO case study. For an enterprise procurement process, we would ask which of those relationships involved SEO and request the underlying scope and results.
Enterprise case study evidence
- InterContinental Hotels: First Page reports a 91.58% increase in organic users and 23% growth in organic conversions within six months from enterprise SEO work.
- Second-case limitation: the enterprise page lists numerous global brands, but we did not find a second equally detailed public enterprise SEO case with metrics that could be verified.
HyperSpace's view:
First Page is worth comparing for organisations that value team scale and broad digital coverage, but we would require a second directly comparable enterprise SEO case during the pitch process.
Enterprise SEO Agencies in Sydney
Sydney agencies in this list cover enterprise technology, finance, media, education, marketplaces and national service brands. We prioritise case studies that show technical depth, stakeholder coordination, migration control and measurable commercial outcomes across complex sites.
Prosperity Media
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Prosperity Media has some of the stronger public enterprise SEO evidence in the Australian market. RateCity and LegalVision both involve large content footprints, in-house teams, technical audits and commercial search programs where the agency had to improve existing systems rather than build visibility for a small site from scratch.
RateCity shows how an agency can work with an internal editorial team while resolving technical issues and creating a more commercial content model. LegalVision adds a long-running B2B program combining repeated technical audits, content strategy and authority building across a large information-rich website.
Enterprise case study evidence
- RateCity: monthly organic visitors increased from about 188,359 to 479,395 in six months, alongside 75+ technical SEO improvements and a reported 255% traffic lift.
- LegalVision: organic traffic increased 268%, ranking keyword coverage grew fivefold and estimated organic traffic value rose from about $30,000 to more than $196,000 per month.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Prosperity Media for enterprise content platforms, finance, legal and B2B organisations that need technical SEO to work alongside established internal marketing and editorial teams.
Online Marketing Gurus
Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Online Marketing Gurus publishes enterprise SEO evidence across infrastructure, education and large national brands. Macquarie Data Centres is the strongest traditional enterprise example, while Monash Online shows the agency applying SEO and generative-search work within a major university environment where non-branded discovery matters.
These cases are useful because neither depends on a small set of product terms. Enterprise infrastructure and higher education both involve long buying journeys, specialist content, many stakeholders and technically complex websites. That makes the underlying work more comparable to enterprise search than a simple lead-generation landing-page campaign.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Macquarie Data Centres: OMG reports a 556% increase in organic traffic and 120% growth in organic keyword reach within six months.
- Monash Online: OMG reports an 83% month-on-month increase in psychology course sessions while expanding non-branded visibility across priority postgraduate course areas.
HyperSpace's view:
We would compare OMG for enterprise organisations wanting a large delivery team across technical SEO, content and AI-search visibility, particularly in technology, education and national service categories.
Rocket Agency
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Rocket Agency has strong enterprise references in Amazon Sell Australia and Coates. Both examples involve recognised organisations with broad search demand, multiple customer journeys and internal complexity, and both show SEO being coordinated with measurement, paid media or site migration rather than treated as an isolated ranking exercise.
Amazon is a useful example of enterprise stakeholder and migration complexity, while Coates demonstrates how a large service catalogue and physical location network can be mapped to search demand. The Coates case also shows the patience required to measure underlying visibility gains before lead growth becomes obvious.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Amazon Sell Australia: Rocket supported SEO before and after a site migration, content expansion and technical work; organic store launches almost doubled and total store launches grew 105%.
- Coates: organic visibility increased from 20.5 to 47.1, 85 additional tracked keywords entered the top 10 and the wider search program produced 42% more leads.
HyperSpace's view:
Rocket is worth comparing for enterprise brands where SEO must integrate with paid acquisition, analytics, migration work and a broad set of product, service or location searches.
Sparro
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Sparro works with some of Australia’s largest digital businesses and positions its SEO service for mid-to-large organisations. Webjet is the strongest public enterprise example, showing a long-running relationship with an ASX200 digital travel business where SEO, CRO, data and paid search have been managed as connected disciplines.
Sparro’s public SEO case library is less detailed than several specialist SEO agencies on this list. It does, however, show experience working at large scale and with major internal digital teams. For enterprise SEO specifically, we would ask for channel-level organic results rather than relying on blended growth from integrated campaigns.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Webjet: Sparro has worked across SEO, PPC and CRO for the ASX200 travel business since 2013, reporting more than 400% business growth and 40–45% improvement in ROI across the partnership.
- Concrete Playground: Sparro lists a custom WordPress theme and plugin build within its SEO case-study portfolio, providing evidence of technical work on a large publishing-style digital property; public outcome metrics are limited.
HyperSpace's view:
We would compare Sparro for enterprises seeking a large integrated digital team, but ask for SEO-only reporting from a site of similar scale before assessing it against specialist enterprise SEO agencies.
AEK Media
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
AEK Media’s strongest relevant evidence is not a million-page website, but it does show difficult operating conditions: regulated healthcare, multi-location expansion, website rebuilding and established technology products. Those examples are useful for enterprise teams where governance and compliance can be as important as raw URL count.
Goodmind demonstrates how search architecture, structured data and CRM attribution can operate inside strict regulatory constraints, while Oricom shows an established technology brand building a stronger owned digital channel. Neither is directly comparable to a multinational enterprise site, so we would ask AEK for a larger technical reference before appointment.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Goodmind Therapeutics: a compliant site rebuild and SEO program supported 230%+ patient-acquisition growth and expansion from one clinic to six live locations.
- Oricom: website, search and conversion work contributed to a reported 130% average month-on-month increase in online sales and 50% growth in branded Google search.
HyperSpace's view:
AEK is worth comparing where enterprise complexity comes from regulation, compliance or multi-location expansion, but a very large website should request a directly comparable technical case.
Earned Media
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Earned Media clearly works with enterprise organisations, including Salesforce, Macquarie Data Centres, Charles Sturt University, Rippling and other large technology or education brands. The limitation is public case-study depth: the agency names these clients and has award recognition for Salesforce, but publishes fewer detailed enterprise metrics than several competitors.
For HyperSpace, that means the logos are a useful qualification signal rather than sufficient proof on their own. The Salesforce campaign has third-party recognition through the APAC Search Awards, while Macquarie Data Centres confirms experience in a listed infrastructure environment, but buyers should request scope, implementation detail and measured organic outcomes.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Salesforce: Earned Media’s “Agility in Uncertainty” campaign was shortlisted at the 2026 APAC Search Awards for B2B SEO and Best SEO Campaign.
- Macquarie Data Centres: Earned Media lists the ASX-listed infrastructure business among its enterprise clients; detailed public SEO performance metrics were not published in the material we could verify.
HyperSpace's view:
Earned Media is worth a conversation for enterprise SaaS, technology and B2B brands, but we would request full case-study metrics and implementation scope before placing it above better-documented options.
Webprofits
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Webprofits has unusually strong evidence of helping organisations scale beyond a conventional SEO campaign. Aussie Broadband shows long-term growth from a regional provider into an ASX-listed national company, while LJ Hooker demonstrates work across one of Australia’s largest real-estate networks with SEO contributing inside a broader acquisition program.
These examples matter because enterprise SEO often sits inside a much larger growth system. The agency needs to connect organic visibility with CRO, paid acquisition, lead quality and internal commercial reporting. Webprofits’ public cases show that kind of cross-channel operating model rather than presenting rankings as the final outcome.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Aussie Broadband: over five years of integrated SEO, paid search and CRO, ARR grew from $18m to $350m and 50% of website leads were attributed to organic search.
- LJ Hooker: Webprofits reports a 300% increase in property appraisals over one year from an integrated growth program for the national real-estate network.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Webprofits for enterprise organisations looking for SEO inside a wider growth program where organic performance must connect with acquisition economics, conversion and revenue.
Jaywing Australia
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Jaywing’s Princess Polly and Anytime Fitness cases show two useful enterprise patterns: international expansion and large franchise or membership networks. The agency combines SEO with analytics, media and creative, which may suit organisations that want one partner working across several acquisition disciplines rather than a standalone SEO specialist.
Princess Polly is the cleaner SEO example because it involved global technical, content and off-page search work. Anytime Fitness is broader and integrated, but the national brand and membership model demonstrate the kind of cross-channel coordination and brand governance enterprise teams often require from an agency partner.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Princess Polly: Jaywing’s global SEO program delivered a 13% increase in sessions, 38% growth in transactions and 58% increase in organic-search revenue.
- Anytime Fitness: an integrated program spanning SEO, PPC and creative produced an 80% year-on-year increase in member join-up rates for the national fitness brand.
HyperSpace's view:
Jaywing is worth comparing for enterprise brands with international growth, franchise networks or a need to connect SEO with broader analytics, media and customer-acquisition strategy.
Digital Minds Group
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Digital Minds Group has two highly relevant enterprise SEO cases in Nine and Westfield Direct. Nine demonstrates large-scale migration governance across several major media properties, while Westfield Direct shows technical and content strategy built into a new platform with collaboration across product and editorial teams.
The Nine work is particularly relevant to enterprise buyers because success depended on migration risk analysis, coordinated domain transitions and ongoing reviews across Nine.com.au, Wide World of Sports, 9News and 9Now. That is a much stronger enterprise signal than a single-site traffic increase without implementation detail.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Nine: Digital Minds managed SEO migration work across a portfolio of major media properties; Nine.com.au subsequently recorded 64% audience growth and reached fourth in Nielsen’s digital news rankings.
- Westfield Direct: technical SEO, content planning and product-team collaboration around the platform launch produced 57% growth in top-10 organic rankings within six months.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Digital Minds for enterprise migrations, media groups and large organisations where SEO needs close coordination with product, development, operations and editorial teams.
Zeal Digital
Sydney, New South Wales
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Zeal Digital has published SEO case studies with strong commercial improvements, but the current public portfolio does not give us the same level of large-site enterprise evidence as the leading agencies above. HyperSpace would not re-label a smaller retail or local campaign as enterprise simply because the result is large.
The agency does show technical and search capability, and it has worked across a broad set of industries. For a true enterprise procurement process, however, we would want to see a case involving a large URL inventory, migration, multi-market implementation or national stakeholder structure before treating the public proof as directly comparable.
Enterprise case study evidence
- Ponds R Us: Zeal reports 105% user growth and a $220,000 revenue increase from its SEO strategy, showing measurable commercial search performance.
- Enterprise proof gap: our review of Zeal’s current public case-study set did not surface a clearly comparable large-site or national-enterprise SEO case with detailed technical metrics.
HyperSpace's view:
Zeal remains worth comparing where service fit and team structure suit the brief, but we would make a directly comparable enterprise case study a requirement during due diligence.
Enterprise SEO Agencies in Brisbane
Reload Media represents Brisbane in this shortlist with public enterprise evidence spanning a 200+ office real-estate network and an international migration. Those cases provide a stronger comparison point than smaller local SEO wins.
Reload Media
Brisbane, Queensland
Why HyperSpace recommends them:
Reload Media has strong enterprise evidence across a national franchise network and an international site migration. LJ Hooker demonstrates multi-location search, lead generation and data integration across more than 200 offices, while Astrid & Miyu shows migration planning and international SEO for a rapidly expanding brand.
These cases are useful because they expose two common enterprise failure points: local visibility spread across a large network and the risk of losing search equity during a replatform. Reload’s work also shows SEO being connected to CRM and broader performance channels rather than measured only through ranking movement.
Enterprise case study evidence
- LJ Hooker: across a 200+ office network, Reload reports 62% growth in sales leads and 11% organic-traffic growth, with the site attracting 2.4x the organic traffic of its nearest competitor.
- Astrid & Miyu: a planned website migration and international SEO program produced 112% growth in organic traffic and 159% growth in organic revenue.
HyperSpace's view:
We would shortlist Reload for enterprise franchises, multi-location networks and international migration projects where SEO must connect with lead quality, CRM and wider performance marketing.
How HyperSpace Compares Enterprise SEO Agencies
A large percentage increase can look impressive without proving enterprise capability. HyperSpace looks at what sat behind the result: website size, technical constraints, migration risk, international requirements, stakeholder structure, implementation ownership and whether the agency had to build systems that could keep working across thousands or millions of pages.
Commercial outcomes still matter. Depending on the organisation, that may mean revenue, qualified leads, applications, bookings, non-branded demand or lower reliance on paid acquisition. We give more weight to outcomes connected to the client’s business model than a long list of ranking improvements with no clear commercial effect.
Fit is just as important as scale. A retailer with 500,000 products has a different SEO problem from a university, a media group, an ASX-listed technology company or a 400-location service network. We compare the underlying problem solved, not only the size of the brand attached to the case study.
Strong enterprise delivery normally requires technical auditing, crawl and indexation control, migration planning, scalable content systems, analytics, developer collaboration and clear prioritisation. The agency also needs a way to work through internal approvals and explain SEO requirements to product, engineering, legal, brand and executive stakeholders without slowing implementation to a halt.
Where an agency publishes an enterprise service but not a directly comparable case study, we say so. That does not mean the agency lacks the experience; it means the public evidence is insufficient to verify it. In that situation, HyperSpace recommends asking for a named or confidential example with similar URL scale, platform complexity, stakeholder structure and measurable organic outcomes before signing a contract.
