HyperSpace recommends international SEO agencies based on more than rankings, reviews or agency size. We look for evidence that a team can manage multi-country architecture, localisation, hreflang, technical implementation and organic growth across genuinely different search markets.

The agencies below are the same 20 agencies included in our Australian international SEO directory above. We have grouped them by their Australian location and reviewed published case studies, international service capability, migrations, multi-region campaigns and commercial SEO outcomes to understand where each agency is most likely to fit.

Case-study figures are based on results published by the agencies themselves or attributed client results. Previous performance does not guarantee the same outcome for another business, so HyperSpace also considers whether the market, website architecture, internal resources and technical challenge resemble the organisation choosing an agency.

International SEO Agencies in Melbourne

Melbourne has the largest group in our international SEO shortlist, with particularly strong evidence across multilingual SEO, ecommerce, enterprise websites and technical migrations. HyperSpace gives additional weight to examples involving genuine cross-market complexity.

Spicy Web

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Spicy Web is our first Melbourne option because its public work includes two distinctly international SEO problems: moving an Australian SaaS company onto a global .com domain while repairing international targeting, and managing indexation across a multilingual publishing platform containing millions of pages.

NovoPsych is particularly relevant to an Australian business entering the US because the migration involved domain consolidation, broken hreflang and international search growth. Goodpods demonstrates a different technical challenge: controlling search visibility at programmatic scale across multiple languages.

Case study evidence

  • NovoPsych: Spicy Web reports 310% growth in non-branded revenue, 28% growth in organic clicks and a 12.6x ROI after international migration work.
  • Goodpods: around two million podcast pages were indexed across multiple languages, while daily organic clicks increased from 75 to 3,423.

HyperSpace's view: We would shortlist Spicy Web for SaaS, ecommerce or complex international websites where domain migration, hreflang, large-scale indexation and direct collaboration with developers are important.

StudioHawk

Why HyperSpace recommends them: StudioHawk has some of the clearest international SEO evidence in this shortlist. Its QuickBooks APAC program demonstrates localisation across numerous countries and languages, while its wider enterprise portfolio shows the technical processes required to implement SEO across large websites.

QuickBooks matters because the work was not a simple translation project. It required market-specific research, hundreds of localised pages and a repeatable international framework. Officeworks provides a useful technical comparison because large migrations and catalogue structures require similar discipline around templates, crawlability and implementation.

Case study evidence

  • QuickBooks APAC: SEO expanded across 12 countries with 450+ translated pages in nine languages and a reported 92% increase in organic clicks across its global directory.
  • Officeworks: StudioHawk reports a 60% increase in organic traffic and 32% growth in organic revenue following technical recovery around a large React migration.

HyperSpace's view: StudioHawk is worth comparing for larger international programs where localisation must operate at scale and the agency will work alongside internal development, content and marketing teams.

Megantic

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Megantic is particularly relevant to international ecommerce. Its core specialisation is large product catalogues, category architecture, non-branded search and migrations, all of which become more complex when retailers introduce additional currencies, markets, storefronts and regional collections.

The public case studies we reviewed are primarily evidence of ecommerce SEO rather than international SEO specifically. That still provides useful proof of the underlying capability, but an international retailer should ask for an example involving comparable regional architecture before appointment.

Case study evidence

  • The Block Shop: Megantic reports 288.48% growth in non-branded clicks, 180.39% more transactions and 240.57% growth in revenue.
  • Matchbox: published results include a 143.6% increase in non-branded clicks and a 62.3% increase in organic transactions.

HyperSpace's view: We would compare Megantic for an established ecommerce business expanding internationally, particularly where large category structures and non-branded product discovery are central to growth.

Impressive

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Impressive combines a dedicated international SEO offer with substantial ecommerce and consumer-search experience. That combination is relevant to brands that need international organic growth to operate alongside paid acquisition, conversion optimisation and broader performance marketing.

Its public results demonstrate strong ecommerce outcomes, while award-recognised work involving travel and international brands provides additional evidence that the team can operate beyond a purely local search brief. Buyers should still request a case from the exact markets they plan to enter.

Case study evidence

  • T2: Impressive reports 106.72% growth in organic traffic, 146.85% growth in conversions and 122.79% growth in organic revenue.
  • Rola: published results include 147% growth in page-one keywords, 101% more non-branded clicks and substantial ecommerce revenue growth.

HyperSpace's view: Impressive is worth considering for established consumer and ecommerce brands that want international SEO integrated with a broader performance marketing program.

SIXGUN

Why HyperSpace recommends them: SIXGUN publishes a dedicated international SEO service and has strong commercial evidence across retail, hospitality and service businesses. Its technical, content and authority-building capabilities provide a practical foundation for brands that need market-specific organic search rather than simple translation.

The agency's strongest quantified public cases are broader SEO examples, so we would use them to assess delivery capability rather than treating them as proof of international implementation. For a multi-language engagement, we would specifically ask to see hreflang and localisation work from a comparable client.

Case study evidence

  • Peter Sheppard: SIXGUN reports 95% growth in organic sessions, 142% growth in organic revenue and 154% more organic transactions.
  • Novotel: its published campaign reports a 289% increase in organic sessions and an 84% increase in organic purchasers.

HyperSpace's view: SIXGUN is worth shortlisting for established brands wanting specialist SEO support, but we would request a directly comparable international implementation during the selection process.

Clearwater Agency

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Clearwater combines technical SEO, content, development and broader performance marketing, which can be useful when an international program requires more than recommendations. Its multilingual and international capability is supported by public examples showing measurable outcomes across large and competitive websites.

UniSQ is particularly useful evidence because higher education websites involve large content inventories and complicated user journeys. Urban Smile provides a different commercial test, showing whether organic traffic improvements translated into meaningful customer actions rather than stopping at visibility.

Case study evidence

  • University of Southern Queensland: Clearwater reports 53% organic traffic growth, 50+ top-three rankings and a 200% increase in enrolment applications.
  • Urban Smile: published results include 45% more organic search users, 32% more consultation bookings and 72% growth in treatment starts.

HyperSpace's view: Clearwater is worth comparing for established organisations that need international SEO supported by technical implementation, content and broader digital performance capability.

First Page Australia

Why HyperSpace recommends them: First Page has a dedicated international SEO offer and a wider international agency network. The service covers market prioritisation, hreflang, multilingual SEO and authority building, giving businesses access to a broad delivery model rather than a solely Australian search team.

Its public case studies show strong organic growth, but not every large-brand logo displayed by an agency represents an international SEO engagement. We would therefore ask for a case involving the same countries, languages and website architecture proposed for the new campaign.

Case study evidence

  • Continental Sorrento: First Page reports organic traffic growing from roughly 3,000 to 30,000 visitors, representing a 792% increase.
  • Fireworks Australia: the agency reports 95% of tracked keywords reaching page one, with organic search accounting for 81% of website visitors.

HyperSpace's view: First Page may suit organisations that value a larger international network, although we would request market-specific SEO evidence before selecting them for a complex multilingual program.

Kia Ora Digital

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Kia Ora Digital is a specialist search agency with operating presence across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. That international footprint is useful for brands targeting several English-speaking markets, while its ecommerce and AI-search capability broadens the search strategy beyond traditional rankings.

The Collagen Co and Bondi Vet cases show that the agency is capable of translating organic visibility into revenue and commercial traffic. For a multilingual project, however, we would still request evidence involving non-English localisation and hreflang implementation.

Case study evidence

  • The Collagen Co: Kia Ora Digital reports 54% growth in organic traffic and 107% growth in organic revenue.
  • Bondi Vet: the agency reports 335% growth in organic traffic and a 120% increase in organic revenue.

HyperSpace's view: Kia Ora Digital is worth comparing for ecommerce and growth brands targeting Australia, New Zealand and the UK, particularly where SEO and AI-search visibility need to work together.

Supple Digital

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Supple earns a place because it has a dedicated international SEO service and one directly relevant published example involving organic expansion into the United States. FootLogics is stronger evidence than a generic domestic SEO result because international SEO was explicitly part of the strategy.

The FootLogics case shows significant US organic growth without paid media. However, Supple's current international service page does not expose a second equally detailed international case, so a business targeting multiple regions should ask for another example before making a decision.

Case study evidence

  • FootLogics: Supple reports organic traffic growing from around 6,000 to 40,000, 544.62% growth and 70% of tracked keywords reaching page one.
  • Second-case limitation: Supple lists additional SEO case studies, but we did not find a second public international SEO case with comparable market-specific metrics.

HyperSpace's view: Supple is worth comparing for ecommerce expansion into markets such as the US, but we would request a second international example matching the intended countries and architecture.

International SEO Agencies in Sydney

Sydney's shortlist includes larger performance agencies, specialist SEO teams and agencies with extensive enterprise experience. We prioritise evidence showing scalable technical delivery, commercial outcomes and the ability to coordinate search across complex organisations.

Prosperity Media

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Prosperity Media has strong technical SEO, content and digital PR credentials, which is important when entering highly competitive international markets. International SEO often requires authority building and market-specific content in addition to technical regionalisation, and Prosperity has substantial public evidence in both areas.

GO Rentals provides a commercially focused travel example while LegalVision demonstrates how the agency handles a large information-rich website over a long campaign. Neither should automatically be treated as proof for every international brief, but both demonstrate the underlying delivery model required at scale.

Case study evidence

  • GO Rentals: Prosperity Media reports more than 19,500 additional organic visits alongside substantial growth in organic revenue and ROI.
  • LegalVision: published results include 268% organic traffic growth, fivefold keyword growth and a significant increase in estimated organic traffic value.

HyperSpace's view: Prosperity Media is worth shortlisting for competitive international markets where technical SEO, content production and digital PR need to work as one organic growth program.

Online Marketing Gurus

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Online Marketing Gurus has one of the largest delivery teams on this list and a dedicated international SEO service. That scale can matter when a business needs research, content, technical implementation and authority development happening concurrently across several regions.

Its published results span international consumer brands and high-value lead-generation businesses. Calvin Klein is useful as evidence of ecommerce search capability at a recognised brand, while Cohen Handler demonstrates how organic performance can be connected directly to conversions.

Case study evidence

  • Calvin Klein: Online Marketing Gurus reports 142% growth in organic revenue alongside a 52% increase in organic traffic.
  • Cohen Handler: the agency reports a 320% increase in organic conversions over the campaign period.

HyperSpace's view: OMG is worth comparing for established organisations that need the resources of a larger SEO team and plan to operate across several international search markets simultaneously.

Rocket Agency

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Rocket's strongest fit is a larger organisation where SEO needs to integrate with migration work, analytics and paid acquisition. Its work with Amazon Sell Australia demonstrates experience inside a globally recognised organisation rather than only smaller domestic lead-generation campaigns.

Amazon is particularly useful because the SEO work supported a migration and content expansion while multiple teams and acquisition channels were operating together. AutoFlip provides the commercial counterpoint, showing substantial lead growth from organic search.

Case study evidence

  • Amazon Sell Australia: Rocket supported SEO around a migration and content expansion; organic store launches almost doubled and total store launches increased 105%.
  • AutoFlip: Rocket reports 232% growth in organic leads and 187% growth in non-branded organic traffic.

HyperSpace's view: Rocket is worth considering for enterprise international programs where SEO needs to integrate with migrations, analytics, paid media and several internal stakeholders.

AIA

Why HyperSpace recommends them: AIA publishes one of the more detailed international service propositions in this group, covering hreflang, ccTLDs, subfolders, localisation and geo-targeting. The agency states that it has worked across more than 30 countries and 15 languages.

Its strongest quantified public case studies are broader SEO results rather than named international campaigns. That demonstrates underlying search capability, but we would ask AIA to present results from one of the specific countries or languages relevant to the prospective client.

Case study evidence

  • LTrent Driving School: AIA reports a 168% increase in organic sessions from its SEO work.
  • Angel Maternity: the agency reports 30% year-on-year growth in organic revenue.

HyperSpace's view: AIA is worth investigating for genuinely multilingual campaigns because its service scope is relevant, but we would verify market-specific case studies during due diligence.

DNM Digital

Why HyperSpace recommends them: DNM Digital offers international SEO covering technical architecture, localisation, hreflang and regional authority. Its public SEO evidence includes B2B and travel-sector work with measurable lead and visibility outcomes, which gives buyers more to assess than service-page claims alone.

Telex Australia demonstrates sustained B2B organic growth, while Sydney Heli Tours shows how improved search visibility translated into additional enquiries. For an international program, we would ask the agency to connect those capabilities to a comparable cross-market engagement.

Case study evidence

  • Telex Australia: DNM reports a substantial increase in first-page keyword coverage during a multi-year SEO partnership.
  • Sydney Heli Tours: the agency reports an 89% increase in first-page keyword rankings and a 35% increase in enquiries.

HyperSpace's view: DNM is worth comparing for growing B2B and service businesses that want international SEO from a smaller Sydney team, subject to reviewing a directly comparable international campaign.

Digital Marketing Tribe

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Digital Marketing Tribe offers a dedicated international SEO service alongside technical SEO, content and AI-search optimisation. Its public results are strongest in B2B and lead-generation campaigns where organic search needs to produce enquiries or applications.

Synaco demonstrates SEO operating across a relatively large employment-search footprint, while Marley Flow provides evidence that traffic growth translated into direct customer actions. We would still ask for an international case matching the proposed target markets.

Case study evidence

  • Synaco: organic traffic increased from roughly 1,000 to 4,000 monthly visits, with the site generating more than 700 job applications per month.
  • Marley Flow: Digital Marketing Tribe reports 32.6% organic traffic growth and a 550% increase in contact-form activity.

HyperSpace's view: Digital Marketing Tribe is worth investigating for B2B international expansion where lead generation is the primary commercial objective rather than ecommerce transactions.

Safari Digital

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Safari Digital is an SEO specialist rather than a broad digital agency, and its international service covers hreflang, regional architecture, localised content and link acquisition. That specialist model may appeal to businesses with internal marketing resources that primarily need organic search expertise.

Its public case studies demonstrate large SEO gains across ecommerce and technology. Those results establish general delivery capability, although a prospective international client should still ask which markets, languages and regional architectures Safari has managed in a comparable engagement.

Case study evidence

  • BPC Technology: Safari Digital reports 218% growth in organic traffic and 454% growth in organic conversions.
  • BONIIK: published results report substantial increases in organic traffic and organic revenue during the SEO campaign.

HyperSpace's view: Safari Digital is worth comparing for businesses wanting an SEO-specialist model, particularly where internal teams can support implementation and broader marketing activity.

International SEO Agencies in Brisbane & Queensland

Our Queensland shortlist includes agencies based on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast rather than manufacturing a Brisbane office location. Both have relevant international SEO capability and can service businesses throughout South East Queensland.

Digital Surfer

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Digital Surfer has particularly relevant international evidence because its Offshore MVP campaign involved separating Australian and US search experiences while ensuring each regional website ranked independently. That is much closer to a genuine international SEO challenge than simply targeting overseas keywords from one Australian website.

CosMediTour adds a second cross-market example spanning Australia and Thailand. Both cases required different search strategies by geography, making the evidence more useful to a business comparing agencies for international expansion.

Case study evidence

  • Offshore MVP: Australian and US sites ranked independently for regional queries, with 276 recorded leads generated across the two markets over 10 months.
  • CosMediTour: Digital Surfer reports 82% growth in organic conversions across Australia and Thailand and a 31.5% increase in sales after restructuring.

HyperSpace's view: Digital Surfer would be high on our Queensland shortlist for businesses entering the US or Asia-Pacific markets where regional websites and localised search intent need to be separated correctly.

Digital Nomads HQ

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Digital Nomads HQ combines international SEO with technical SEO, content, development and wider digital marketing. Its public portfolio demonstrates the ability to grow organic visibility for technology and specialist service businesses rather than relying only on local consumer SEO.

Terawatt provides the strongest raw organic growth evidence, while Air Charter Network is useful because aviation operates across geographic markets and search demand. Neither replaces the need to inspect a specific multilingual implementation if languages are central to the brief.

Case study evidence

  • Terawatt: Digital Nomads HQ reports a 735% increase in organic sessions from its SEO campaign.
  • Air Charter Network: published results include around 725 monthly organic visits, 3,000 organic keywords and 92 pages appearing in AI-search citations.

HyperSpace's view: Digital Nomads HQ is worth comparing for technology and service businesses wanting international SEO within a broader digital program, especially where content and website support are also required.

International SEO Agencies in Perth

Perth's shortlisted agencies provide Western Australian businesses with local access to SEO teams while supporting national and international growth. HyperSpace still prioritises case-study relevance and technical capability over geographic convenience alone.

Dilate Digital

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Dilate provides a dedicated international SEO service backed by a larger full-service team. Its broader organic portfolio demonstrates meaningful ecommerce and lead-generation outcomes, which is important when assessing whether search growth contributes to revenue rather than simply increasing impressions.

Kustom Timber is the stronger commercial example because SEO growth accompanied substantial revenue improvement over several years. Absolute Ocean Charters provides a tourism and travel example where organic search produced a large increase in conversion activity.

Case study evidence

  • Kustom Timber: Dilate reports 10x organic traffic growth over three years and approximately 200% revenue growth over two and a half years.
  • Absolute Ocean Charters: published results include 304% growth in organic users and a substantial increase in organic conversions.

HyperSpace's view: Dilate is worth comparing for Western Australian ecommerce and tourism businesses that want international SEO delivered alongside broader digital and website capability.

Perth Digital Edge

Why HyperSpace recommends them: Perth Digital Edge has strong commercial search evidence and publishes guidance around international expansion, search localisation and market targeting. Its public case studies demonstrate that the team measures SEO against leads and commercial outcomes rather than traffic alone.

Westside Auto Wholesale is useful as a long-running high-volume program, while Fremantle Roofing demonstrates qualified lead growth in a more focused service environment. We would nevertheless ask for a directly comparable international case before selecting the agency for a complex multilingual project.

Case study evidence

  • Westside Auto Wholesale: Perth Digital Edge reports 1.4 million visitors, more than 120,000 leads and a 4,900% ROI across four years.
  • Fremantle Roofing: the agency reports 300% growth in qualified leads, with 41 of 49 target keywords reaching page one.

HyperSpace's view: Perth Digital Edge is worth considering for WA businesses wanting local strategic access, but we would verify international implementation experience against the exact countries being targeted.

How HyperSpace Compares International SEO Agencies

HyperSpace does not judge an international SEO agency from one large percentage increase, its Google review score or the number of awards on its website. A strong case study is more useful when it explains the market, technical problem, work completed and commercial result.

For international SEO, we give additional weight to growth in non-branded revenue, qualified leads, transactions and conversions across the target markets. Traffic growth matters, but only when the additional visibility reaches the right regional audience and contributes to the organisation's commercial goals.

We also consider how closely an agency's experience matches the actual problem. An Australian ecommerce retailer expanding into the US has different requirements from a SaaS business consolidating country domains or an enterprise managing translated content across ten languages.

Behind the results, we expect to see strong technical SEO, hreflang knowledge, international website architecture, localisation, regional keyword research, content workflows, authority building, analytics and the ability to work effectively with developers and internal marketing teams.

Where an agency promotes international SEO but does not publish a directly comparable case study, we do not automatically exclude it. Instead, we would ask for evidence during the selection process: target countries, language structure, migration risks, implementation responsibilities, reporting by region and commercial outcomes from a similar engagement.

Need Help Choosing Between International SEO Agencies?

If you already have two or three agencies in mind, HyperSpace can help you compare their proposals, case studies, pricing and recommended international SEO strategies.

We can also help identify whether the proposed site architecture, localisation approach and technical work match the actual international search opportunity before you commit to an agency.
